March is here, and with it comes the next phase of our Affirm Her Life Challenge (SOOOOO EXCITING!!!)—a month dedicated to Accelerating Action. March is a month of movement, momentum, and power.

In January, we laid the foundation of self-affirmation and intentional living. February deepened our understanding of love, self-compassion, and connection. Now, March calls for action—it’s time to step boldly into action, take control of our lives, and make decisive moves toward our goals.

This is the season to step boldly into your strength, claim your space, and move with intention towards the life you desire. The Affirm Your Life: Accelerating Action Challenge is here to help you harness your inner power, eliminate hesitation, and turn intention into impact.

What This Challenge Is About

This month, we are focusing on:
Taking decisive action – No more waiting. No more overthinking.
Building discipline – Small steps that lead to massive results.
Owning your power – Bold decisions, strong boundaries, and unwavering self-belief.
Trusting yourself – Moving with confidence, knowing you are capable.

How It Works

Each day, you’ll engage in a power move—a small but intentional action that reinforces strength, confidence, and progress. These actions range from personal empowerment, self-discipline, and clarity to bold decision-making and self-trust.

🔹 Your Mission: Commit to at least one power move each day and affirm your ability to accelerate your life forward.

At the end of the month, reflect on how you’ve stepped into action and what shifts you’ve experienced.

This month’s worksheet is designed to help you:

Define Our Power – What does power mean to me? Where does my strength come from?

Recognize What Fuels You – Identify the habits, environments, and mindsets that energize and empower me.

Break Through Limits – What narratives, fears, or habits have held me back? How can I break free from them?

Own Your Influence – Explore how my presence, voice, and actions impact those around me.

Commit to Bold Action – Setting goals that push me forward and celebrate every step taken.

On the reverse side of the worksheet, you’ll find 30 power moves (and a bonus one on our page)—small but transformative actions designed to challenge you to step into your authority and confidence. These can be completed in any order, at your own pace, ensuring that growth remains personal and intentional.

This month, we don’t shrink—we rise. We don’t hesitate—we move. Power is already within you; now, it’s time to accelerate it.
