There are no easy short cuts; in life, in everything. No life hacks, just do the work. Exercise and if you have but just get up and go!

Finish what you start. “ I don’t want it to be perfect, I just want it to be finished.” perfectionism is a serial killer, a fancy fear. Lose the “standard measure” and just do. Don’t go to bed with unfinished work.

Sometimes, it’s not your problem or fault that your work is not perceived as good. You don’t owe people the best work. Do your best but don’t lose yourself.
