This January, we are thrilled to introduce the “Affirm Her Life” Challenge as part of our collective journey toward intentional living and holistic wellness. Launched during our first Wato Movement Workshop for the year, where we also unveiled our revolutionary Njovu Wellness Shots, this challenge sets the tone for a year of purpose, growth, and self-affirmation.
At the heart of this challenge is a carefully crafted worksheet that invites us to reflect on who we are and what we value most. Together, we:
• Define “I Am”, a space to ground ourselves in our unique identities.
• Share “I Am Grateful For”, highlighting the blessings that shape our gratitude.
• Set our Word for the Year, choosing themes that will guide and inspire us.
• Declare our Intentions, rooted in purpose, and explore their significance.
• Acknowledge the Challenges to Our Intentions, so we can prepare to overcome them.
• Establish our Priorities and Affirmations, keeping our focus on what truly matters.
On the reverse side of the worksheet, we’ve included 30 checkboxes filled with simple yet impactful activities that support mindfulness, gratitude, and self-care. These actions can be completed in any order, giving us the flexibility to engage at our own pace while staying grounded and connected to our intentions.
The Affirm Her Life Challenge is more than an activity—it’s a movement.
We are setting the stage for a year of wellness and empowerment. Together, we are embracing the power of small, intentional steps to affirm the lives we envision for ourselves and our communities.
