This March, as we step into Affirm Your Life: Power Edition – Give to Gain, we are proud to introduce a creative collaboration that expands how we experience embodiment.
Wellness With Her Club is collaborating with Bedazzled Craft Club, founded by Shalom Nicolette Arionget Ebyau Kanapata; a creative space devoted to expressive artistry, intentional design and the healing of the inner child.

This is not simply an added activity.
It is an alignment.
Where we move, we now also make.
Where we reflect, we now also create.
Where we affirm, we now also anchor.
And where we build power, we also nurture the younger version of ourselves who may not have felt powerful.
Power becomes tangible.
Healing becomes creative.
Why This Partnership Makes Sense
At Wellness With Her, power begins in the body.
Through WATO Movement, we teach:
Regulation before reaction
Capacity before control
Boundaries before burnout
But power must also feel safe.
Many of us women struggle with power because our inner child might have learned that visibility was unsafe.
That speaking up caused conflict.
That taking space meant being “too much.”
Bedazzled Craft Club brings a complementary dimension; creativity as inner child restoration.
When a woman crafts with colour, texture, sparkle and detail, she reconnects with:
Play
Curiosity
Expression without judgement
She is gently telling her inner child:
“You are allowed to create.”
“You are allowed to take up space.”
“You are allowed to shine.”
And when that younger self feels safe, adult power becomes easier.

This is what the Founder of Wellness With Her Club, Rianne Lelia Bateeze has to say,
This partnership with Bedazzled Craft Club feels aligned because power is not only built through discipline. It is also restored through play. Many of us women have learned to survive, to perform, to carry; but not always to create freely. Inner child healing is not separate from power; it is foundational to it. When the younger version of us feels safe, seen and allowed to express herself, the adult woman leads with greater steadiness.
Kanapata has created more than a craft space; she has built an environment where women like us reconnect with play, expression and the parts of ourselves that may have been silenced or rushed into adulthood too quickly. Her work centres on inner child healing through artistry, colour, detail and hands-on creation. That intention resonated with me immediately.
The Philosophy: Embodied Creativity & Inner Child Healing
Creativity is not decorative.
It is restorative.
It gives the nervous system softness.
It gives the mind focus.
It gives the inner child permission to exist without performance.
When a woman creates something with her hands while anchored in intention, she strengthens:
Identity clarity
Emotional processing
Nervous system steadiness
Self-trust
Playfulness without shame
Craft becomes ritual.
Movement prepares the body.
Reflection prepares the mind.
Creation nurtures the inner child.
Affirmation strengthens the adult self.
This is power that is integrated; not hardened. This is the power we need. The power we give. The power we gain.

Activities in the Power Edition
Each activity aligns with Give to Gain while honouring inner child healing.
1. Candle Making – UGX 60,000
Light Your Power
Creating a candle from scratch becomes symbolic.
As wax melts and reforms, we reflect:
What must soften in me? What parts of me need warmth? What light did my younger self long for?
Lighting the candle later becomes a ritual of self-soothing and self-leadership.
Power Focus: Clarity. Safety. Ritual Authority.
2. Candle Designing – UGX 30,000
Design Your Intention
Decorating a candle with colour, texture and affirmation reconnects women to playful expression.
This is inner child permission:
You can design beauty.
You can choose your aesthetic.
You can create without critique.
Power Focus: Expression. Visual Anchoring. Creative Confidence.
3. Notebook Bedazzling – UGX 30,000
Rewrite Your Power
Decorating your journal is more than embellishment.
It is reclaiming your story.
The inner child who once felt unheard now gets a protected space to write.
The adult self commits to boundaries and decision-making within it.
Power Focus: Identity. Ownership. Structure with Softness.
4. Acrylic on Canvas / Rhinestones on Canvas – UGX 40,000
Declare Your Power
Creating a bold canvas declaration integrates both worlds:
The playful inner child who loves colour.
The grown woman who owns her voice.
A power word in rhinestones is not childish.
It is embodied joy.
Power Focus: Visibility. Confidence. Creative Authority.
5. Snail Mail – UGX 25,000
Give to Gain
Letter writing nurtures connection.
Many inner children longed for affirmation.
Through snail mail, participants:
Send encouragement
Receive words of strength
Write to their future self
Giving affirmation heals the younger self.
Receiving affirmation strengthens the adult self.
Power Focus: Reciprocity. Community. Emotional Safety.
How the Experience Flows
Each session is layered intentionally:
Movement grounding
Guided reflection
Craft immersion
Affirmation ceremony
Movement regulates the body.
Reflection brings awareness.
Craft nurtures the inner child.
Affirmation strengthens the present self.
Participants leave not just with objects; but with integration.
A Shared Vision
This partnership reflects a shared belief:
Women do not need to harden to be powerful.
We need to feel safe.
When the inner child is soothed,
power no longer feels threatening.
Movement without integration fades.
Creativity without intention scatters.
But when embodied power meets playful healing; something steadier is built.
When It’s Happening
The WATO & CRAFT: Power Edition immersive experience will take place in the last week of March. This intentional timing allows us to first build awareness, practise daily power habits, and integrate the “Give to Gain” principle throughout the month; before sealing it with embodied creativity and ceremony. We close March not with pressure, but with presence. Not rushed, but anchored. The final week becomes our moment of integration; where movement, reflection, inner child healing and tangible creation come together in one aligned experience.
Beyond March
WATO & CRAFT is not a one-off event.
It is a continuous embodied creative series.
Each month will carry a new theme, but the foundation remains:
Move. Reflect. Create. Heal. Affirm.
Power is not something we chase.
It is something we practise; gently, visibly and collectively.
Be well. Be you.
