Wato Movement by Wellness With Her Club has officially entered into a partnership with Gym and Bible, marking a shared commitment to holistic, faith-centred wellbeing for women in Uganda.
The partnership was formalised following a meeting between the two founders; Rianne Bateeze, founder of Wellness With Her Club and creator of the Wato Movement, and Grace Amme Saisi , founder of Gym and Bible. The collaboration brings together movement, faith, and community care in a way that reflects the values and lived realities of women today.

A Shared Vision for Holistic Wellbeing
Both organisations are rooted in the belief that wellness is not one-dimensional. Physical movement, spiritual grounding, emotional regulation, and access to health knowledge are all essential parts of a well-lived life.
Wato Movement by Wellness With Her Club approaches wellbeing as a body-led system, using intentional movement to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and sustainable energy. Through culturally grounded, rhythm-based movement, Wato Movement creates space for women to reconnect with their bodies, move with purpose, and build steadiness rather than burnout.
Gym and Bible, on the other hand, has built a strong and growing community of women through its monthly Women’s Fitness & Bible Connect sessions, which combine physical exercise with spiritual encouragement, health education, and practical life conversations.

About Gym and Bible Sessions in Uganda
Gym and Bible sessions in Uganda are monthly, free-entry gatherings designed to nourish both body and soul. They are held every first Saturday of the month, frequently hosted at C-Care Uganda, specifically at the C-Care Clinic IDC on Yusuf Lule Road in Kampala.

These sessions typically include:
– Guided fitness and movement sessions (including dance and functional exercise)
– Bible study and faith-based reflection
– Health checks and wellness conversations
– Nutritional guidance, with recent focus on plant-based nutrition
– Broader life and wellbeing topics such as cardiovascular health, cancer awareness, and financial literacy
The sessions are intentionally designed for women, offering a supportive, accessible environment where participants can prioritise their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
What the Partnership Means

Through this partnership, Wato Movement will contribute structured, intentional movement experiences that align with Gym and Bible’s faith-based framework. Together, the organisations aim to:
– Deepen the connection between movement, faith, and self-awareness
– Provide women with safe, welcoming spaces to care for their bodies without pressure or comparison
– Reinforce the idea of stewardship of the body as both a physical and spiritual practice

– Strengthen community through consistency, shared values, and embodied presence
This collaboration reflects a growing recognition that wellbeing is most sustainable when it is integrated, community-led, and values-driven.
Looking Ahead
Recent and upcoming Gym and Bible sessions continue to explore timely themes relevant to women’s lives.
In February 2026, a special “Love Edition” focused on health, love, and self-care is scheduled for the first week of February at C-Care Clinic, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to responsive, seasonally relevant wellness programming.
As this partnership unfolds, participants can expect thoughtfully curated movement experiences within Gym and Bible sessions; anchored in faith, guided by care, and grounded in the realities of women’s bodies and lives.
Together, Wato Movement by Wellness With Her Club and Gym and Bible are building a model of wellbeing that honours both movement and meaning, reminding women that caring for the body is not separate from faith, but an expression of it.
