Wellness With Her Club officially begins its annual participation in the global 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, a campaign running from 25 November to 10 December dedicated to raising awareness, amplifying women’s voices, and advancing the collective fight to end violence against women and girls. Guided by our commitment to holistic empowerment, feminine wellness, and community-centred healing, this year’s campaign places the body, mind, and voice of every woman at the centre of the movement.

Our 2025 theme, “Your Body. Your Voice. Your Safety.”, reflects the core belief that true wellness is inseparable from personal agency and protection. When women understand their worth, trust their intuition, and embody confidence, they cultivate safer environments for themselves and for those around them. Wellness With Her Club continues to advocate for this by creating safe spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, strengthen their self-awareness, and regain ownership of their narratives.

Throughout the 16 days, Wellness With Her will deliver a curated programme that blends advocacy, movement-based healing, education, and creative expression.
Digital storytelling will play a central role in this year’s awareness efforts. Through the 16 Days, 16 Voices series, survivors, advocates, and wellness coaches will share insights, testimonies, and practical tools that support emotional resilience and community accountability. These stories will be paired with curated visuals using our signature green, gold, white, and earthy-brown palette to ensure that advocacy remains both visible and accessible.

Wellness With Her Club also extends its activism beyond online spaces, engaging young women in schools and universities through conversations around body confidence, healthy relationships, consent, and self-protection. Movement sessions such as Slow Whine and Cardio & Whine will provide safe, supportive ways for participants to release tension, reconnect with their feminine energy, and understand how mindful movement strengthens both mental and physical boundaries.
Community dialogues under the theme “Safe Body, Safe Mind” will bring together women in intimate circles to explore emotional regulation, coping after trauma, and building supportive networks rooted in care. These sessions are complemented by a specialised safety and wellness toolkit that will be made available to the public.
As a club that celebrates women through embodied practice, Wellness With Her recognises that activism is not only about raising a voice but also about honouring the body that carries it. Movement becomes a form of resistance. Wellness becomes a form of protection. Community becomes a form of healing.
The campaign will close on 10 December, Human Rights Day, with a reflective ceremony reaffirming our commitment to a world where every woman can live free from harm.
Wellness With Her Club invites women, partners, and the wider community to join this journey of awareness, healing, and empowerment.
Together, we move with intention.
Together, we advocate for safety.
Together, we affirm that violence has no place in our bodies, our communities, or our future.
