The weekend follows with a powerful Flow and Hormone Health Workshop on Saturday, 25th October at 10:00 AM at Revive Wellness Center, focusing on hormonal balance, energy flow, and body awareness.

Later that evening, the rhythm continues at 6:00 PM with the Wato Movement Workshop at Karuna Wellness Studio, where participants reconnect with their bodies through mindful dance, grounding breathwork, and embodied healing.

Midweek on Wednesday, 29th October, the Pink Wellness Wave X Space returns for another live session at 7:15 PM, deepening the conversation around mental and emotional wellness in the fight against cancer.
