Everything we put out is manufactured from within. Say our inner and outer being is a factory, depending on the ingredients that are being put within, what’s put out is determined by the input. It’s up to us to ensure that the ingredients are top notch and good quality, mix and balance it and the returns are positive. It’s easy to want to blame what’s outside of us but at the end of the day, it all comes down to the creator.
Inner Dialogue
What’s your inner dialogue? What thoughts are in the loop? How do you clear up the mind in order to facilitate creation? It’s easy to lie to other people but we can’t lie to ourselves. You always know the truth about what’s going on within you, what you’re feeling, what you’re expressing etc. We can only lie so much and fake it inside as well but that becomes a burden that’s carried and just tied to our being.
Channeling feelings caused by external factors and inner perception can seem therapeutic through art, but this eventually depleted and drains our bodies and creative spirit. Channeling and creating from love nourishes and rejuvenated our bodies, minds and spirits hence facilitating a healthy creative process.
This inner channeling requires us to know who we are, to a certain degree, and then some more. Self awareness is a never ending journey but it’s what facilitates a limitless angle of creation as we keep learning and evolving in our being.
Who is my truest, most authentic self?
Asking ourselves this exposes what we like and what exactly fuels our purpose and living. It’s important to remember that just as humans, we look physically different, we are all different within hence what we create definitely differs from the next person.
What fears / limiting beliefs hold me back from loving and creating as my truest, most authentic self?
Having had the formation of our consciousness depending on various factors, such as environment, close relations, weather, food, past experiences, it’s easy to adopt lots of beliefs concerning our lives and in particular, our creation process and experience.
Maybe you’ve been raised around people who find it hard to believe that you can make money from your art, they believe in working under the employment of someone regardless of the unfavourable conditions of the position. It’s possible to adopt this thinking as well hence limiting yourself form the limitless opportunities presented to you by your talents, art or craft.
So to this, you have to awake and stand in awareness of the truth, your truth; which is; you can do all things, as long as you set your mind and awareness to it. Where mind goes, effort flows, so it’s important to align our mind, body and soul purpose with what we’re creating.
This is a reminder that fear and faith are the same substance, so when feeling doubt, apprehension or worry towards your experience, remember that the energy can be transmuted into faith thus filling you with positivity, joy, love and life towards your craft or creative outlet.
Reflect on what it means to embody your creative energy to the max.
How do you feel when creating? What vibration do you embody? What activities and work are fuelled and directed towards you creation process? Having an idea on what exactly you want and where you’d like to go mapped out, makes it easy to maintain the pace, move faster and with intention. Intentional creating is transformational because it’s directive and genuine.
Gratitude is a must
Thank you.
I am grateful.
Okay. This is it.
Having gifts and talents are a privilege we get as human beings and for that we are called to be grateful. Gratitude is high up on the vibration scale and adjusts our frequency to one of happiness, harmony, peace and joy in being who we are. Even when we feel like what we have is insufficient or just not good enough, gratitude reminds us that we are blessed and fortunate to be able to partake in creation.
With becoming intentional with our lives and creation, comes freedom; of expression, will and being.
Happy creating,
Rianne.
