IN HEELS. Sis, where is the manual because we didn’t get the instructions!!! Everyday, there’s great women that take strides to be different and do what no one else has done before. The boundaries of inspiration are pushed each day, each hour, each minute as we watch women battle through the day and change the trends and narrative. It’s a movement. The new life shift.

Tbh, the days are moving pretty fast and you know it, one moment, you’re up and the next, you’re back in bed; which means you pretty have to be on your toes to keep up. Awake and Alert. It’s a wakey wakey world so you can’t afford to be a sleepy sleepy girl.

Recently, I watched a video of this girl, in university getting into a fight with this guy. Now where I’m from, footage of girls straight up fighting guys is rare so when you get it, it does the rounds. I don’t know, and don’t want to know why it broke out, but observing the way the men kept on throwing loose comments seemed to irk the missus. A lot of people said, “it’s unattractive and unladylike for a woman to fight.” Now I’m all for non violence but, fam, once in a while some people need to get the fuckening, in their face, with a slap. I accept that I am all for girls, because sometimes, siding with the boy child gets you clowning, for no damn reason. The fact that females have to school the way they react to certain things because its unladylike is in my opinion, an attempt at silencing. Whatever happened to free expression, or it only applies when it’s toned down and respectful enough for other people to swallow.
